Windows Xp Content advisor

I have a problem with the this content advisor.Whenever i try to open the
explorer this content advisor does'nt allow me to view the page and asks for
a password.I don't know the password for this. Can i fix this problem without
this password buisness.
 
Anil, speak to the Administrator/your parents regarding this issue.
