Windows XP clock ticks

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my computers clock. Each time the clock advances
one minute, I hear a click. Can anyone tell me how to turn this clicking
sound off? I'm using Windows XP.

Use system restore in xp. I believe it is the safest way to do this. This
way windows restores the "default" configuration. Check out options also
in system restore.
 
Thanks Petri! Is a system restore the only way? Seems like there should
just be a setting to change somewhere. My girlfriend was cleaning her
keyboard. Next thing she knew, the clock was ticking.
