Windows XP Windows xp cardfile move vista

I have used windows "cardfile" as my primary address book for many years. My new computer's Vista opererating system will not permit me to transfer this 32 bit program from my XP based predecessor computer.. Is there a way to work around this (for me calamitous) problem?

You'll probably need to import the cardfile details in to another application to get it to work. Windows Mail that comes with Vista may be able to do this

You need to "install" a program to work ... if this is Vista 64bit it will not work ... if this is the older Cardfile, originally 16bit, it will not work.
