Windows XP cannot see others on the network.

I have tried networking this computer (running XP Pro)
with others that have '98 OS, and XP Pro. I keep getting
this message on this computer when I try to acces the
workgroup.
"(workgroup) is not accesible. You may not have
permission to use this network resource. Contact the
administrator of this server to find out if you have
permission. The list of server for this workgroup is not
currently availuable."
Any help will be appreciated,RC
 
Run the Network Configuration Wizard, reboot and wait a
few minutes to browse the workgroup.
