Windows XP boot problem

I have been working on cleaning my 2nd PC (removing spyware, unnecessary
prog, etc.).

I rebooted the computer and the computer never did, I ended up with a
black screen.

1) I tried all menu option (Safe mode, LKGC, etc..) and still nothing.

2) I ran the repair off the CD and used FIXBOOT and that did not work
either.

Does anyone have more suggestions.

Looks like your current XP install is hosed. You will
probably need to reinstall XP. I've got an instruction
sheet that tell how to do it and retain all your stuff. I
got it from a reputable tech website. If you're
