Windows XP boot failure - AGP440.sys

Tried chkdsk c: /r - doesn't fix it, tried updating video
drivers and it still doesn't work. Anybody?

In SAFE MODE did you try lowering the resolution of your
monitor. This will stop XP from booting. Sometimes the
driver that comes with XP works better. Don't laugh, is it
possible you video card is not properly seated and the
connection is poor? Move your computer lately?
