Windows XP - Auto Shut Down due to (RPC)

hi, as the subject suggest.. it appears that after i have
formated my hard drive.. i am getting a new problem at
hand.. windows informs me that due to some kind of
extermination of (RPC).. it has to be shut down.. it also
said something about "NT/AUTHORITY".. usually it has a
minute count down.. and informs me to close up anything i
was doing and basically prepare for a shut down..even
trying to get here.. has been quite the task.. cuz that
thing keeps popping up and shuts down.. also.. i am not
sure if this will help.. but i think it does not do that
if i dont goto go online.. not too sure about that..
anyways.. thanx for taking the time to read this.. e-mail
me back please.. if you got any solution for me.. and

There are thousands of nasty computer viruses/worms looking for unprotected
computers. Your computer can be infected within a few milliseconds the moment

Apparently, your computer is now infected with the W32.Blaster.Worm or one of its variants.

If your computer is constantly attempting to shutdown
or reboot, quickly go to:

Start > Run and type: CMD , and hit enter.
This opens the Command Prompt window.

Then type: shutdown -a , and hit enter.

This should halt the rebooting problem.
