Windows XP accounts

I have recently up-dated windows xp and discovered
afterwards that a new account had been created..called
ASP.net machine A..'s account. It is password protected
and it does not show up at start up has an account
loggin. I thought this account was created with the up-
dates I had done...but now...I have installed zonealarm
and messenger 4.7 is asking to access the internet...I am
using version 6 and it is currently open and running. Is
my worst nightmare coming true and someone is in my
pc??? Can anyone help please? And if you are suggesting
blaster worm....I have scanned by pc with Norton 2003 and
it does not show up. Please help. Thanks in advance.

You're OK. I had the same heart stopping experience yesterday. It is part
