Windows XP 32bit on 64bit CPU

Hi. I was wondering if XP Pro 32bit would work on a 64bit CPU or does only
64bit versions of XP run on 64bit CPU's?

No. either will work.

you will not get full benefits, but there are 64 bit extensions that are
available for winxp 32bit that give you some advantage.

I run both 32bit and 64bit on my system. The 64bit XP pro runs much faster.
