Windows XP/2000/NT KEY - where to download from???

Many people say that this utility helps to recover a lost password.
BUT it costs 200$ !!! And the DEMO version is useless.

Is there any way to download a version that would recover a REAL
password.

Or please recommend me something similar to recover ADMIN password on
WIN XP PRO.
