There is no comparison any reasonable person would make between this
and what you advocate.

Actually that is one of the things I advocate, as MS never defines what
a different computer is.

If I replace MY computer and trash it, the next computer becomes MY
computer, and all I really need to do to comply with the EULA is move
component from My computer to My Computer, then it is not a new computer
but one with substantial upgrades.
