Windows wont let me log in

Every time i turn the computer on it tells me windows needs to be activated
before i can continue. So I click ok, then it goes to the activation thing
and says that windows is already activated and then logs me out. How do I fix
this?

Any help is greatly appreciated

You are prompted to activate Windows every time you restart your computer:

As you're unable to logon to your user account, you may have to carryout the
registry / file operations using BartPE CD.
