Hello
I get an error "Windows was unable to complete the format" when I try to
format a DVD-RAM.
I uninstalled Roxio Drag-to-disk 6.1.1.48. Will

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 836165 deals with InCD 4 only, not
without it or not with Roxio Drag-to-disk 6.1.1.48.
