Hi, I bought a laptop with vista home premium preinstalled on it and i didnt
get a recovery disc. I want to change the language to english as currently
it is in german. Does anyone know how i can get one without it costing me a
fortune?

philo is right, you need to get an english copy of Home Premium. Only
Ultimate owners can download and install multi-lingual packs (MUI's) to
change the language of the interface.

I have a HP laptop that came w/vista and the recovery disk is built in to the
hard drive.
