Windows vista will not let me use my second graphics card.

Hi running my pc under windows xp it will let me run both 8600gt in sli mode,
but since shadowrun is only avalable on vista i had too install that, but for
the life in me i can not get windows to run my second card. no matter what
driver i install it always says. This device cannot find enough free
resources that it can use. (Code 12). i check for solutions but it comesa
back with nothing. iv phones 2 of my local stores, one is where i baught all
my hardware and none of them can suggest anything, iv posted on forums even
though they have suggest things too try they can not get it too work either,
my last hope is you guys.

my system specs is..

amd x2 4600+ dual core
asus m2n4 sli motherboard
2 gig of ram
2x msi nvidia geforce 8600gt oc edition
320gb sata 2 16mb hdd.

my system runs perfect in every other way but i can not get my second card
to work. i really dont want too go back too XP as i love playing shadowrun
online.

please please please can someone help me solve this head ache of a problem.

hey mate thanks for the links but the problem im having is not USB related i
know its code 12 but im having gfx problems PCI express. My SLI is not
reconized under vista, it shows the second card but it will not run..

thanks anyways.

Nathan,

I realize it not USB, but as I put in my post, it also caused a problem in
the standard Dual Channel PCI IDE adapter on my system because the ATI driver
can affect any of the pci bridge connections. USB happend to be the one where
it shows up the most.
