Microsoft have released two official patches which aim to boost Windows Vista performance, specifically related to file transfer speeds and graphics driver stability.

These patches were leaked as beta packages several days ago, and have become very popular. Now that they are official, you can download them from Microsoft or wait till the next patch update:

I do not "suffer" from any of the problems associated with these "fixes" ... so I'll wait for them to be offered in the usual patch Tuesday. ;)

:D

I read good thing about these patches, apart for they dont let unsigned drivers load, so some apps dont work, eg Rivatuner.
