Windows vista freezes on boot up.

My windows vista freezes on boot up. I have tried deleting everything and starting all over but that dosen't seem to be working. Dose anyone have any suggestions?

At what point? Did you update, upgrade, add, or remove anything prior to
this happening? Did it just start happening?

Define "everything" and describe how you deleted it.

Dose anyone have any suggestions?

I might, but it depends on the answers to those questions. Otherwise I'd be
randomly stabbing in the dark.
