Windows Vista file sharing to Windows 2000 problem

I recently purchased a Vista laptop to connect to a wired business network.
All of the machines are running Windows XP except for the server which is
running Windows 2000. I can file share with every computer except for the
Windows 2000 server. It asks for a user name and password. I have tried
guest, which still does not work. The Server is set for "everyone" and no
password should be required. All of the machines are on the same workgroup.
I cannot figure out why I can connect to XP with Vista but not the 2000
server.

I solved my own problem. I neglected to add the new computers use name as a
user in the Windows 2000 machine.
