Windows vista error installing Microsoft Exchange System Managemen

hi,,,
i have a windows vista installetd and add adminpack for Active Directory
Users and Computers, and everything find, but when i try install Microsoft
Exchange System Management Tool the next error apear.

The component "Microsoft Exchange System Management Tool" cannot be assigned
The Action "Install" because:
-The "Internet Information Servicies snap-in" component of the Microsoft
Internet Information Servicies (iis) es either not installed or disable

The IIS is intalled but, the same problem present

Okay, I assume you've checked it in the services list under Administrative
Tools to make sure it isn't disabled?
