Please do some research on what a shell is and why it was created before
responding.

We know what the shell is, but in Windows it is never necessary to change
the operating system for normal users. If you want to play with the kernel
of every computer you touch this is not the NG to use. We can help yopu use
desktop shells of course but perhaps as a Unix expert you would think that
tame.
