Windows Vista 64 and 32 bit Coding

[WGA Notifications Trojan]

I've managed to get Vista Beta 2 x64 up and running. I woud like to install
the trial version of Windows Visual Studio 2005. I'm not sure about 32 vs 64
bit code. Surely it matters with C++ on Vista? Does it matter with C# and
can anyone point to a MSDN website on 64 bit coding on Vista?
