| Hello;
| There seems to be a vast number of people with Windows Update problems. I
| see tons at the NG's, that's not even counting the ones that don't get posted
| anywhere.
| Why doesn't MS post this link on the WU site?
| http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
| Just curious.

Carey;
I appreciate your reply. However, you missed my point entirely. I don't
have the problem with Windows Updates. I am one of those posting the following
link:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
And this one:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/top10faqs.htm
I went to:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp
OK, now I see where Get Help and Support is. But, I looked before I made
my original post, and did not see it. I never saw it before, ever. I have
been using WU for quite a while, since Windows 98. I have not had any problems
with WU.
My point: I am fairly savvy and I did not see Get Help and Support. How
about the poor average user who can't even find their way back to the NG they
posted their question at? That was my point.
