When doing the updates license agreement comes up but the
button to accept agreement doesn't show up. I rebooted the
laptop, changed video settings and changed font size still
not there
 
Have you customized your font size to 120% or similar and
changed the font to large? That's usually the problem.

Mine is at 115% and large-font, on a big screen, and it
always shows just 1/2 a button that way.
