Hi,
It's not possible to prevent the new admin account from changing the
password of the Original Built-in account because the new admin has the
same rights as the Built-in Administrator. Be careful to whom you assign
the new admin account. Admins are to be trusted and it not ethical for
admins to change other admins password.
Hope this helps ......

--Thank you for your prompt response---by using the script you mentioned it
would also enable my limited users access to the admin account password.
Which in it self will create a whole different set of problems. I noticed
that when I create a new admin account in addition the the original buillt
in one. The new admin account can change any passwords he or she wants to.
It there a way That I can block the changing the original admin account
password From being changed by anyone other than the originator. some of my
people need admin privleges but I'm afraid of being locked out of my own
machines.

--Any suggestions ????
