Windows updates

I believe a package called SUS allows me to check and then roll out ms
updates to clients. What I cannot extract from any of the text is whether
these cleints need to have administrative rights to accept and install these
updates.

I guess I am looking for a plain english answer to the question: how can I
keep clients up to date without having to go around to each pc and log in as
admin to install patches
