windows updates

Hi I have a friend who only has a dial up connection and he wants me to
download all the downloads from
http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/v5consumer/default.aspx?ln=en-us for
him as I have broadband. How do I just download the files without them
installing on my computer. I already have them installed but I need to save
them to a cd
