windows update

Could someone help?

Windows update doesn't work and I get this error message 'Error number:
0x800A01AD' and I tried to fix it as instructed later on the page but the
problem remained.

To resolve this error, register the Wuaueng.dll file. To do this, follow
these steps:
Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 Wuaueng.dll, and then click OK two
times.
