Windows update

hi,

I am running Windows Vista Business Edition on my laptop.

When I try to run windows update from home, I get an error message (Windows Update error 8024402C).

This also prevents me from automatically installing drivers for even devices such as a mouse.


Please help.

the problem that you are saying is a general problem(not able to install the drivers for devices like mouse or flash drives!) that is being experienced by some people ..you can read the thread here::
