Windows update problem

I am unable to do windows updates.
It seems to be a policy issue, I have checked where I
thought it would be in the registry, but there is nothing
there.
I was looking for:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
\Software
\Microsoft
\Windows
\CurrentVersion
\Policies
\Explorer
"NoWindowsUpdate"

Any ideas? Thanks alot.

Had a bit of a read through there, doesnt fit my problem
though...
I am now able to get to the start of the download, but it
does not appear to be downloading. It is just sitting
there saying 0k/38mb and the progress bar does not move.
What directory do they go into??
