Windows update fails after sp2 installed

Hello,

After installing winxp sp2, when I go to the windows
update page, it currently lists two critical updates. But
when I try express download the installations fail without
a noticable error code. I run norton av and zone alarm
firewall. Have tried disabling both, but still no go.

Any suggestions?
