windows update error

doing windows update. Got error message 0x80072F76.How can I find out what
the error is and how to resolve it?

Rick thanks for your help. I found the answer to my problem in an answer
provided by Samuel Lu in a post DATE 2002-11-05 04:08:09 PST. He said a
web monitor could cause this problem. I had a web accelerator provided by my
ISP running. I stopped the accelerator and the scan of the computer woked..
What a relief!!
