Windows Update Error

Hi,
My windows has been trying to do some updates but I keep getting an error. I
choose express install and then get a message saying it couldn't be
completed. I tried many times, even restarted the computer, etc...

This is the message

Update for Office 2003 (KB907417)
Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB905648)

Do you know how to fix it?

downloading the updates directly:

I had the same problem and tried your suggestion. It failed also any other
suggestions? Seem this problem is all over the message boards now.
