Windows Update Error

Hi, whenever I run the windows update on my computer, the progress gets to
100% but never finds any updates. I know that there are some availiable
though, lots even, like the SP and sasser protection. I used the
troubleshoot on the windows website, and it told me to check the languages
in internet explorer, which are fine, and to check the date and time on my
computer, which again are fine. Can anyone help, thanks, Ryan
