Windows Update Breaks Mirror

Everytime I install an update using Windows Update, the mirror on our server breaks. I then have to use a fault tolerent floppy to repair the mirror. Does anyone know what the proble is? Thanks in advance for your hel

What happens if you reboot without going to Windows Update?

I'm guessing the same thing happens. If so, the boot.ini is pointing to the
wrong drive of the mirror set. Edit the boot.ini on your hard drive to match
the ARC path of the boot.ini on your floppy.
