How do I "Push Out" Windows updates using GPOs. Is this
possible??
Can you recommend a way I can achieve this without giveing
my users admin rights?

For Windows 2000 and XP you can use the free Software Update Services from
Microsoft which will require the use of an IIS server on your network. The
clients will need to have minimum service pack configuration of SP3 for w2K
and SP1 for XP Pro. If you configure the clients to update by schedule, an
administrator will not need to be logged onto the computer and yes this can
be managed via Group Policy. --- Steve
