Windows Update #823559

Auto Update gives me a notice to install #823559. It gets
installed normally, but it does not stay. It continually
tries to reinstall over and over again.

I have been having the same problem as well, for about a
month now, I didnt even notice until I went to the
windows up date site today and checked my install log
there and I can see that this 823559 has installed
successfully every day for a little over a month. I
checked in my registry and it has it loged as installed
but as I type the auto update it nagging me to reinstall
again. Is there a reason for this? a fix?
