I'm running Windows XP. Recently i have been having a problem in that, when
mouse-clicking on the top bar of a window, the mouse freezes, the window
turns momentarily transparent, then it all corrects. Apparently this is a
desirable "feature" or so I've been told.
How do I turn this feature off?
