Can anyboby help?

This Article KB909095 appears to deal with your problem but I think the
files have been since updated by KB 931784. Are you up to date with
Windows Update?

The computer occasionally does not hibernate and you receive an
"Insufficient System Resources Exist to Complete the API" error message
in Windows XP with Service Pack 2, in Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005,
or in Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005

Hope this helps.

The poster who responded to your post with KB909095 as a potential fix
is probably bang on but probably doesn't know that the files have been
updated since KB909095 and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940322/
contains the newest versions of the files. Do a search for
WindowsXP-KB940322-x86-ENU.exe and the rest is up to you.

The problems appear not to be same, although the four drivers seem to be
implicated in both problems. The replacements offered by KB 940322 do
seem to be later versions than those coming with KB 931784.
