When I turn on my computer, my wallpaper appears, but then nothing else
starts. I don't see any icons or the bar on the bottom. It seems that
explorer.exe isn't starting up for some reason. I can't get internet
explorer to start using the taskmanager, either, although programs like AIM
will start. Does anyone know how I can fix this? A friend of mine said that
i have to look at the programs that are starting before explorer.exe, because
they may be stopping it from starting.
