I am re-installing W2K pro. I have loaded all the drivers
for the different hardware. Bootup is extremely slow. I
enabled boot logging and discover that there is a whole
bunch of "Did not Load" messages. Is there a way I can
make windows not to try to load these drivers which is
what seems to be causing the startup delay. Thanks.

Have any scratches on your CD?

I subsequently, out of curiosity, started W2K pro on many
other computers with boot logging enabled and found that
every one of them had some driver or the other not loaded.
My question is does anybody in this forum know how to get
W2K not try to load them? Somewhere in the registry ,
maybe?
