Windows start with error "System 32/stlbdist.DLL"

Whenever I restart my computer, I get following message
RUNDLL "C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/stlbdist.dll" and it also
says that "the specified module could not be found". If
anybody knows the solution for this problem please let me
know.
