Windows Start Up

Upon turning on the computer, there is a screen which has a
"OS2 Warp" logo.
This screen comps up just before the "Welcome" Screen.
Apparently it is from a downloaded logo changing screen of some type.
Is there a registry edit where this may be removed?
There is no Logo changing programs installed or visible anywhere in Windows.
I can't seem to get rid of it.

system from ibm.

are you sure you don't
have another operating system
installed or remnants thereof?
