Windows Start-up time

I have a 2GHz PC running Windows XP SP-1 and all the most
recent patches. The PC is running 24/7, but when I need to
re-boot, the process of loading the icons in the system
tray takes well over three minutes (from the appearance of
my windows desktop bitmap).
I have antivirus s/w and firewall s/w installed in
addition to the standard Win XP firewall running.
I have run ad-Aware 6.0 with all it's most up to date
patches, tried many so-called free-ware programs to
diagnose any problems on the PC and found nothing too
frightening reported by any of this software.
The machine is networked to another PC which loads up
WinXP in about a tenth of the time!
Does anyone have any ideas what I might try next to reduce
the load time for XP?
Thanks in advance.

Cheers.

Maybe just my paranoia (and the pressures of time) kicking
in then!

Bootvis is no longer available from Microsoft as a down
load. So the answer must be No!
