windows shutdown without notice

hi
i've got windows xp professional and my computer just keeps on shutting down
itself without any error msgs or anything
i've reading some threads in the forum and i found out that it was some kind
of hardware and software driver problem.
I ran the event viewer and the error message i got was:

i just formatted my pc like 3 times because of this problem
any idea what is causing this problem? how i can solve it? what hardware is
making the problem?
