Windows Shutdown screen

Is there any way to hide the "Standby" option on the shutdown screen?
Because I am severely mobility impaired it is not easy to hold down "shift"
and click on "hibernate" in one movement.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Thanks for that Ron. Sadly it didn't work, that could be because I didn't say
that I am using Windows XP Pro on my main pc and XP Home on my laptop.

Also, I tried the link and it was no longer available.
