Windows Repository error

I just updated WINXP to SP3. Now when I try to use my check writting program
Quicken, I get "error 104- missing repository." Internet search has been
unable to provide help.
 
Have you updated Quicken ? - It's not uncommon for upgrades of
one component to require something else (not always related) to be
compatible. You may want to post in the Quicken community forums:

Can't update quicken, because it won't run. Will try Quicken forum as well.
