windows proffessional xp-64bit upgrade

hey I have downloaded the windows proffessional xp-64bit upgrade but i can
get it to burn to a disk,or that is I cant get a it to auto boot on start up
and when i try to open the setup file from the disk in explorer it tells me
the file has to be loaded on start up and to insert the disk and reeboot the
seytem. I downloaded it about 4 times so im pretty sure its not the data.is
there anything special i have to do to make an iso disk?

We see it. Try using a newsreader instead of the web based CDO. It
will make your experience in the newsgroups much more enjoyable!

Two points: There is no such thing as a WinXPx64 "upgrade." If that
is what you truly think you've purchased, you've been defraided.
Secondly, unless you have a very expensive MSDN subscription, there is
no source from which WinXPx64 can legitimately be downloaded. At best,
you'll have acquired a useless pirated copy.

If you used a credit card to pay for such a product, you should stop
that payment, and then cancel that credit card, as you've given the
account information to a criminal committing fraud. If you got this for
free, then you've learned a valuable lesson about trying to steal
someone else's intellectual property.

I downloaded the data from microsoft's own website... it is infact the FREE
trial version you are able to use to determin wheather or not its right for
your system. All I really need to know is where im going wrong getting it
from my pc to a disk i can actually use to boot and install xp-64 on my
machine....THANX FOR THE REPLY

Then why didn't you include that essential bit of information in your
original post? And that doesn't change the fact that there is no
Upgrade version; how can you possibly expect help if you refuse to post
pertinent information, or include out-right wrong information, in your post?
