Windows Product Key Update Tool Instructions

I recently purchased the Product key from microsoft and I followed the
instructions as to how to download the prodcut key. But it does not work. I
keep getting the following error: 0x80004005 and it says I need make sure I
am connected to the internet, but I already am.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, can you assist me in regards as to
how you solved this problem? I have written an email to microsoft, but I was
just curious as to whether or not anyone else already had the answer.

You may want to check your firewall settings to allow access to the
location.

Yes, I had previously thought of that, and I have allowed full access for
this tool update. Any other suggestions?
