Windows Picture resizer - doesn't work - need help!

I still show "resize picture" in my right click menu, but it does not work.
I tried removing TweakUI and all Power Toy programs. I then reinstalled,
but no luck. Can anyone help? I love that program.

This may not be any help but....

Why remove TweakUI and all Power Toy programs?
Why not just remove "Image Resizer Powertoy for Windows XP" and
reinstall that?
(Assuming that was the resizer you installed, as there are several)
