Windows Picture & fax Viewer and Winfax 10

D

David Sherman

If I open up Windows Explorer, and go to My Pictures under Windows XP
Pro. I then right click on a picture that I want and open it. Then I
right click on the image to preview it, Windows Picture & fax Viewer
opens. If I click on print and then indicate that I want to fax it in
Winfax. Winfwax controller is running and the icon for it is in the
sys tray.
However, Winfax won't or can't print the image. Microsoft Fax does
work. Why won't Winfax?
thanks

WinFax is a Symantec product, you'll probably get better response to your
question in one of Symantec's forums. I doubt you'll get much help from
Symantec, themselves, as they quit supporting WinFax about the time version
10 was released; the last version that integrated and worked well with
Windows XP was version 9. I'm glad to hear the XP Fax still functions,
installing WinFax usually destroys XP Fax.
